WebBroadband light is red. Your broadband username or password is wrong, and your Hub can't connect. Find your broadband network login details. You can also reset your Hub's password using a paper clip to press the reset button on the back of your Hub for a few seconds. Broadband light is flashing red. WebRed light means you're not connected to broadband. Check your cables. If it's still not working, contact BT. Icons: If the broadband light (shaped like a 'b') is orange you're connected but your account may not be active yet. If the broadband light is red you've failed to login to your account.
