Weighing about a pound unloaded, this isn't a noticeable amount of weight to carry, either on or off person. The sights are fixed, but accurate. Nice revolver. I love the .32 caliber for wheel guns. The .32H&R is probably one of the best balanced cartridges with sufficient power for defensive use, but not ridiculous amount of muzzle blast and recoil. I load my own ammo for my .327mag revolvers and I usually run with .32H&R ammo for practice.
