I would keep him isolated from any other birds. Continue giving vitamins, and make sure he can eat and drink properly. You could also try an antibiotic, if you want.

A few more days later it was walking around like nothing happened. It is now a 9 month old pullet. I would say as long as your chicken is eating and drinking don't give up hope.
