WebECT is not generally thought to be effective for PTSD symptoms. It does help with symptoms of depression when nothing else has worked. Other options are ketamine infusion or rTMS which can also help with depression. I've heard some anecdotal reports that ketamine works pretty well for people with depression and PTSD.
