WebMar 2, 2024 · 6mm would likely require even more inside neck reaming. If the case work doesn't bother you, 30-06 cases might be the cheapest and easiest to find. I seem to remember that the 257 and 6mm cases have straighter, or blown out case walls from 7mm, so the first forming would result in slightly lower case capacity, I think.
