WebWhat is the purpose of the pledge? The GTRSB into Higher Education Pledge consists of a firm commitment by a University, College or educational Institution to undertake certain steps to support GTRSB (Gypsies, Travellers, Roma, Showmen & Boaters) students into and within higher education.
