Webb1- Checking your modem settings and changing the security from High to medium/Low settings (this is the first thing you should try) 2- Make sure if your connection uses a whitelist to include the Genshin website and IP addresses for their servers 3- If you use a blacklist for filtering sites and IP's make sure Genshin is not on that blacklist
