WebbI can say from personal experience that the Pulse Eight CEC adapter is fine with HDMI 2.0-level signals such as 4k60 4:4:4. HDMI 2.1 has higher signal integrity requirements, and I don't know if they are achieved just from the improved cable design, or if there are also connector/PCB design requirements that this adapter does not implement.
