Looking at replacement showers I've seen one on screwfix which is 8.5kw for only around £50 and it's a Triton and has good reviews, the problem is 7.5kw now seem to be expensive and hard to come by for the same price. And a 30a breaker, fuse wire wouldn’t pop for overload either as it’s unlikely to be overloading long enough. Is 6mm cable OK for a 9.5 kW shower?
